Congresswoman Julia Letlow, of the U.S. House of Representative’s 5th District, attended the LaSalle Economic Development District’s meeting Oct. 13 at the LaSalle Parish Library in Jena to hear from parish leaders about needs and services. Officials from parish governing bodies and other business and industry officials were present and shared with the congresswoman challenges they are facing as well as expressing appreciation for help she has provided in the past.
